HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

• To place an order please send me an email.
• Include the No., Author, Title, Date and Price - USD.
• The easiest way to do this is:
  1. With your mouse - highlight the No., Author, Title, Date & Price-USD of the title you want to order and then <Edit> - <Copy> in your browser.
  2. Click on the Order at the bottom. This will open up an email to mailto:mickyhades@shaw.ca.
  3. <Edit> - <Paste> in the body portion of the email.
  4. Minimize the email to continue looking through the lists.
  5. Follow steps 1,3 & 4 to add items to your order.
  6. Please include your mailing address in the body of the email so I can calculate the postage.
  7. When you are finished - send the email.
• I will email you back to let you know what the total cost will be including postage and insurance.
• The purchaser is responsible for postage and insurance.
• ** If using PayPal,direct all payments to the PayPal account of mickyhades@shaw.ca
