An extremely fine copy with only minute bending at the corners of the covers and one small eraser damage on the bottom right of the title page. This edition has xxxv+283 untrimmed pages firmly bound in boards and imprinted on the spine in gold. Sir Reginald Scot was born on or before 1538 and died on the 30th of December, 1594. (His first work, A Perfect Platform of a Hoppe-Garden, published in 1574.)
